Pilates Classes

Pilates classes are designed to improve muscle tone, strengthen the core and provide a stimulating full body workout. Props are included to add variety and challenge, improving your coordination, posture, and balance.

A little about me.
I  took my first Pilates class over 20 years ago.  3 years later I started formal training and certification.
I am certified in the comprehensive system of Stott Pilates, level 1, 2 mat and reformer and  Level 1 CCB.

I have trained and been influenced by many gifted and talented movement practitioners.

My teachers:
Thomas Myers, The Trager Approach, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and Body-Mind Centering and Gyrotonics.

I have taught in group and private settings, in the corporate world, healthcare, nonprofits, schools, gyms, studios and more.

I recently moved to the beautiful West Coast, with classes offered throughout the city. Contact me at inspire@lisafrenette.com for information on dates times and locations.

Classes include mat, reformer, chair, and Cadillac. Instruction is available through private, duo, trio and group formats.Offsite sessions may be available.
