Hatha Yoga is a complete system of conditioning using traditional yoga Postures. Classes can be both dynamic and flowing, synchronized with movement and breath or restorative and gentle, the perfect antidote for your active life. Each class is taught with a solid focus on proper alignment, healthy biomechanics, and core conditioning. Leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Classes will utilize adjustments and props to aid alignment of the body, allowing participation from all levels.
