Pilates for the Athlete

Pilates is one of the best forms of conditioning an elite or recreational athlete can participate in. Many professional athletes in baseball, basketball, football and hockey realms include Pilates in their training programs.

Pilates exercises emphasize flowing, smooth movements that require the use of multiple muscle groups.
