About Lisa

Lisa Frenette has devoted her life to the experience and understanding of the mind, body and spirit, and how they interconnect with each other. Lisa is committed to the highest level of client success, personal health and wellness.

As a professional with over 30 years experience in teaching Yoga and Pilates, Lisa incorporates a deep understanding of functional anatomy and mindful movement with self observation. Her dedication to her studies and personal practice is what she teaches and inspires in others. 

She shares this information through prevention, post rehab, personal training, corporate work, workshops, and classes. It is her goal to help students nurture their own healing journey as she helps them understand how the body, mind and spirit unite for optimum growth.

Lisa continually upgrades her teaching credentials and has studied with some of today’s most influential Yoga, Pilates and other body movement practitioners. She is certified with Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500®. Her Pilates training and certification is with Stott Pilates. She is certified to teach Pilates essential, intermediate and advanced mat, reformer and CCB.

As a health care professional who has seen many people deal with varied health challenges, I am most impressed with Lisa’s approach of "one size does not fit all" class instruction. She always offers individual assistance, movement variations and options, and most importantly, she supports people in listening to their own body and their own personal needs for that day. ~ Cheryl, RN
